Since the establishment of the full-text database in 1998 through information public work programs, some 5.16 million full-text items (276.69 million pages) have been accumulated as of February 2020.

Full texts can be viewed at the National Assembly Digital Library and 3,203 other institutions (as of February 2020) with which the Library has an agreement, and web portal sites.
